The original interior has been removed, other than the dash, which has been redyed black. The main cabin was been repainted with smoke gray rust-oleum enamel. Most of the modifications were completed in Summer 2018.
Matching UltraShield RallySport seats have been installed with the “low” seat mount, the bottom corner is currently about 1/8″ above the floor. Its set up to be comfortable for someone 5’10-6’0 but moving the seat wouldn’t be terribly complicated. Autopower seat braces are installed on each side. The harnesses are UltraShield five points, also dated 2018.
The roll bar is a Hard Dog M2 double diagonal hardtop with the optional bolt-on harness bar. Hardtop is notched if you want to run a larger cage at some point.
The factory hardtop is retained with bolt-on 5XRacing hardtop brackets. There’s a 3M clear film on the rear window for safety, and the headliner is now a heat shield (not beautiful but surprisingly effective in Texas summers).
NRG quick release and hub adapter and Apollo gauges from RevLimiter, white LED bulbs in the dash. The oil pressure gauge is somewhat accurate (the stock sender has been replaced with a valid one instead of the on/off switch that the NB gets from the factory, but the numbers themselves read a bit lower than actual and I haven’t ever adjusted the needle to be correct)
Jeep Compass vents (A/C blows cold), 5XRacing radio delete plate with hardwired Solo2 lap timer and wireless charging cellphone mount. Revlimiter A/C controls (note the helmet), storage cubby, and I’ll even include the USB adapter.
New pads for clutch and brake pedals, 5X Racing nonslip accelerator extension to make heel/toe a breeze, 5X Racing nonslip flat floor, NRG steering wheel
Low center console for comfortable shifting with integrated power window switches (could use a little touch-up). 50mm delrin shift knob, comfortable in hot and cold weather
LRB door panels left and right, painted to match the tub, with pull straps
Trunk supports for spare tire, tools, etc have been removed to allow for better storage. It can hold a suitcase and tools now!
